    Role & Responsibilities
    • Produce engineering drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant CAD software.
    • Able to understand design manuals, standards, and specifications and capable of learning new software quickly.
    • Draw maps, details, profiles, cross-sections, and surveys to represent site conditions, utilities, elevations,and other topographical features.

    About the Role
    We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler – Scan to BIM to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D BIM models in Autodesk Revit using Point Cloud / Laser Scan data and delivering high-quality BIM outputs as per project requirements.
     
    Role & Responsibilities

    • Develop accurate 3D BIM models in Autodesk Revit from Point Cloud / Laser Scan data.

    • Work on Scan-to-BIM projects from LOD 200 to LOD 400, based on project requirements.

    • Model architectural and structural elements including walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, columns, beams, stairs, ceilings, etc.

    • Interpret point cloud data and existing-condition information accurately.

    • Prepare plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and other BIM deliverables.

    • Perform model QA/QC and verify model geometry against point cloud data.

    • Coordinate with internal teams and clients on technical requirements, scope, modeling standards, and project queries.

     
    Required Skills

    • Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.

    • Experience in Scan-to-BIM / Point Cloud to Revit workflows.

    • Working knowledge of Autodesk ReCap and RCP/RCS point cloud files.

    • Good understanding of LOD 200, LOD 300, and LOD 400 requirements.

    • Understanding of model accuracy, tolerances, coordinates, levels, and alignment.

    • Experience working on US or international projects.

    • Familiarity with international BIM standards and workflows.

    • Good technical communication skills and ability to participate in client calls.

     
    Preferred Skills

    • Knowledge of Navisworks.

    • Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.

    • Understanding of USIBD Level of Accuracy (LOA) concepts

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of structural modeling, drafting, detailing, and construction drawings, with hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Revit Structure.
     
    Role & Responsibilities

    • Prepare structural models, drawings, drafting, and detailing for US-based projects..

    • Develop structural plans, framing plans, foundation plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings..

    • Model and detail structural components such as:

    1. Foundations and footings
    2. Columns and beams
    3. Slabs and structural walls
    4. Structural steel members and connections
    5. Stairs and other structural elements, as applicable

    • Interpret structural design drawings, sketches, markups, specifications, and engineer comments.

    • Prepare accurate construction/detail drawings and coordinate revisions based on client feedback.

    • Perform drawing and model QA/QC before project submission.

    • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients and participate in technical discussions when required.
    • Ensure project deliverables meet required quality, accuracy, and project standards.

     
    Required Skills

    • Strong knowledge of structural drafting, modeling, and detailing.

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Structure.

    • Good understanding of RCC/concrete and structural steel components and detailing practices

    • Strong ability to read and interpret structural drawings and construction documents.

    • Experience working on US-based structural projects is required.

    • Familiarity with relevant US standards and practices, including AISC, ACI, IBC, and ASCE, as applicable.

    • Good understanding of US drawing conventions, dimensions, annotations, sections, callouts, and construction terminology.

    • Good technical communication skills.

    Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage:

    • Tekla Structures

    • Structural steel detailing

    • Reinforcement detailing

    • BIM coordination
