• Prepare and draft Boundary Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and As-Built drawings
• Develop Subdivision Plats with precision and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Process and convert field survey data into detailed CAD drawings
• Interpret legal documents such as deeds, plats, easements, and title reports
• Ensure all drawings meet ALTA/NSPS and local authority standards
• Perform quality checks (QC) to maintain accuracy and consistency in deliverables
• Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project teams to meet deadlines
• 2–3 years of experience in land survey drafting or production
• Strong knowledge of Boundary, ALTA/NSPS, As-Built surveys, and Subdivision Plats
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Good understanding of survey data processing and documentation
• Familiarity with quality control (QC) standards and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field
• Experience working with international (especially US) surveying standards
• Knowledge of GIS or related tools is an added advantage
