Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Land Survey Drafting Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to support our surveying and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality Land, ALTA/NSPS, and As-Built survey drawings, including Subdivision Plats, while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and draft Boundary Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and As-Built drawings
• Develop Subdivision Plats with precision and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Process and convert field survey data into detailed CAD drawings
• Interpret legal documents such as deeds, plats, easements, and title reports
• Ensure all drawings meet ALTA/NSPS and local authority standards
• Perform quality checks (QC) to maintain accuracy and consistency in deliverables
• Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project teams to meet deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in land survey drafting or production
• Strong knowledge of Boundary, ALTA/NSPS, As-Built surveys, and Subdivision Plats
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Good understanding of survey data processing and documentation
• Familiarity with quality control (QC) standards and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field
• Experience working with international (especially US) surveying standards
• Knowledge of GIS or related tools is an added advantage

Job Title:Junior Engineer
Location: Nanded City, Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–1 Year
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Civil Engineering and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for preparing technical drawings and engineering layouts.
Role & Responsibilities
• Produce engineering drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant CAD software.
• Able to understand design manuals, standards, and specifications and capable of learning new software quickly.
• Draw maps, details, profiles, cross-sections, and surveys to represent site conditions, utilities, elevations,and other topographical features.
Preferred Qualifications
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• CAD Certification (Mandatory)
Preferred Skills
• AutoCAD
• AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Technical drafting and engineering drawing skills
• Quick learning ability and adaptability to new technologies
